Daryl’s practice focuses on personalized estate planning and administration for individuals, couples and families.  He has a broad range of experience including wills, revocable living trusts, family business entity planning, planning for non-citizen spouses, and irrevocable trusts (including life insurance trusts and personal residence trusts).  As a father, Daryl has a particular passion for helping families protect their minor children and includes expanded counseling and worksheets in every estate plan for families with minor children.

Daryl also provides corporate and business planning services designed  to fit the needs of medical professionals and owners of small to medium-sized businesses.  He also works on estate litigation, civil litigation, business litigation and real estate litigation matters. 

Daryl earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Berkeley and Juris Doctor, cum laude at Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California.  Daryl received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology Law (A designation for those focused on entrepreneurial, business and legal-related issues).
